Who we are

OnlineReady is a service of I’M ONLINE STUDIO, a sole trader business name registered with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland, registration number 645344. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us through our contact page.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, business name, email, phone and anything you write in our contact form.
• Orders: billing details, business details you give us to deliver the service, and order history.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Website usage: technical data such as IP address and browser type, and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to enquiries and deliver services you order — contract / steps before a contract.
• To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
• To run, secure and improve our website and services — legitimate interests.
• To send marketing emails or use analytics cookies — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, under appropriate agreements: website hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email and customer-management (CRM) software, and our accountant. When we set up accounts for you, we enter your business details into the platforms you choose (e.g. Google, Meta) on your behalf. We do not sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become orders: up to 12 months. Customer and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year, as required by Irish law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us via our contact page. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Handover logins

Logins we create for you are shared only with you, through a secure method, and we remove our own access once handover is complete unless you ask us to keep it for support.
