OnlineReady is a service of I’M ONLINE STUDIO, a sole trader business name registered with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) in Ireland, registration number 645344. You can contact us through our contact page.
We offer fixed-price setup packages (Starter, Business, Complete) and the Online Ready Audit, as described on our website at the time you order. Anything not listed in your package is not included unless we agree it in writing.
All prices are in euro and exclude VAT, which is added at the current rate. Payment is due in full when you order. Third-party costs (for example domain names, email subscriptions, payment-processing fees or advertising) are not included and are paid by you directly to the provider.
Turnaround times on our website are estimates and start once we have the information and access we need from you. Some steps, such as Google Business Profile verification, are controlled by third parties and can take longer.
You agree to give us accurate information, the access we ask for (for example verification codes) and any content you want used (logos, photos, text), and you confirm you have the right to use that content.
We set up accounts on platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Stripe and SumUp. We don’t control these platforms and can’t guarantee approval, verification, search rankings, reach or results. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Accounts are created in your business name and belong to you. Once paid in full, you own the deliverables we create for you. We may show your business name and non-confidential work as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
Support is included as described in your package. Further work after handover can be quoted separately.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, business or data, or for problems caused by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our services are intended for businesses. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
